By confirming your reservation through this site, the Client (hereinafter "The Guest") unconditionally accepts the following terms and conditions for the use of the property:

1. Occupancy and Use of the Property

  • Maximum Capacity: The property is rented exclusively for a maximum of 8 people. Exceeding this limit without prior authorization may result in immediate cancellation without refund or additional charges.
  • Uso Familiar:La propiedad es una casa de vacaciones. Están estrictamente prohibidas las fiestas masivas, eventos ruidosos o cualquier actividad que perturbe la tranquilidad del vecindario.
  • Pets: The propertydoes not allow pets. Animals are not allowed on the property.

2. Schedules (Check-in / Check-out)

  • Check-in: Starting at 3:00 PM.
  • Check-out: Until 12:00 PM.
  • Nota: El horario de check-in puede ser flexible, sujeto a disponibilidad. El incumplimiento del horario de check-out puede generar cargos por "late check-out" sujeto a disponibilidad.

3. Facilities and Services

  • Supplies: The accommodation rate includes basic supplies (toilet paper, soap, towels).
  • Pools: The water temperature depends on weather conditions.
  • Jacuzzi: There is no jacuzzi available at this property.

4. Responsibility and Damages

  • Pool Rules: For safety, glass containers are allowed with caution in the pool area (deck). If glass breaks inside or near the pool, it will be necessary to drain it for cleaning. The cost of draining, cleaning, and refilling (water trucks) will be fully covered by the Guest.
  • Inventory: The Guest is responsible for the care of furniture, appliances, and bedding. Any damage or missing items detected at check-out will be deducted from the security deposit or charged at that time.

5. Staff Services (Optional)

  • Se ofrecen servicios de limpieza y cocina por un costo de 600.00 MXN por día (8 horas). Este servicio debe contratarse y pagarse con al menos 72 horas de anticipación.

6. Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellations made 30 days in advance will receive a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made 15 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance are non-refundable.
  • There are no refunds for early departures or for weather conditions, service failures, or force majeure causes beyond the management of the house.

7. Acceptance

Payment of the reservation implies the reading and full acceptance of these regulations. Non-compliance with these rules entitles the management to request immediate eviction from the property without refund.
